Our servers are industrial strength machines built from the ground up and designed specifically for use as high-spec web servers. They are never overloaded and are monitored 24/7 to ensure smooth operation. We always take good care and never neglect our servers to ensure that our customers receive maximum satisfaction.

Our DataCenter:

Our datacenter connects to the Internet by six GIG-E (1,024 Mbit each), one OC-3 (128 Mbit) and one DS-3 (64 Mbit). This is the equivalence of more than 3,000 T1 lines or 24,000 256K DSL lines!

Location:

Our servers are located in Houston, TX. The colocation facility, features around 30,000 square feet of total space, redundant UPS systems, generator backup, VESPA detection systems, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 8 separate providers. The data centers have been engineered to avoid any single point of failure in our connectivity, power, or HVAC.

Houston is an ideal location for the primary data center because of the absence of natural disasters and its central location to the Internet backbone connections from all across the United States

Security:

The front door must be opened by the security guard who is on duty 24/7/365. Movement throughout the facility must be escorted at ALL times. There is no other entry door into the facility with the exception of the loading door which is protected by a roll down door and may only be operated with a security officer present.

And because the data centers are not open to the public, you can rest assured that only a handful of highly trained, level-three technicians will be allowed within close physical proximity to our servers

Multiple Redundancy:

Everything from the connections to the Internet backbone, to the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) has at least one back up. Two additional generator units are in place to provide capacity for an expansion for another 30,000 sq. foot.
